护生临床实习中存在的问题及对策

The countermeasure and existing problem in the nurses students of clinic practice

本文通过总结近3年来在我院临床实习护生中存在的问题,提出了相应的解决对策,以期提高多轨道、多层次护生在同一环境临床实习的质量,培养适应社会需求的护理人才,从而提高护理教育水平,推动护士队伍整体水平的提高。

This article give some countermeasure aimed at improving the quality, of clinical practices of nurse students, who came fiom different educating tracts but practicing in the same enviorenment. We summarize the existing problems in the nurse students clinic practices of these three years, in order to cultivate excellent nurses needed by society and enhance the level of nursing education.
