Optimization of the extraction process of Shentai'an capsule by orthogonal design

目的:选定肾泰安胶囊植物药部分的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法和方差分析,对肾泰安胶囊植物药部分的醇提工艺从药材粉碎度、回流时间、乙醇加入量等方面进行选择;水煮工艺从煮提时间、加入水量等方面进行选择。结果:将药材饮片打碎,加入3倍量80%乙醇回流1 h为最佳醇提条件;残渣用8倍量水煎煮40 min为最佳水提条件。结论:所选定的工艺是肾泰安胶囊剂生产中的最佳提取工艺。

Object： To designate the extractionprocess of plant medicine partial in Shentai＇ an capsule. Methods： Using orthogonal design and variance analysis, ethanol extract process was optimized in grind of botanical, reflux time, ethanol consumption and water extract process was op ＇tnnized in decoction time, water consumption. Results： The best conditions of ethanol extract were obtained as follows： shivering medical herb in pieces, 80% ethanol as solvent and 1：3 as the proportion of solid to liquid and the reflux time for 1 h ; The best conditions of water extract for residue of decoction were obtained as follows： water as solvent and 1：8 as proportion of solid to liquid and decoction time for 40 min. Conclusion： The technology for production of Shentai＇ an capsule was the best extraction process.
