论公共服务精神

On the Spirit of Public Service

社会发展离不开公共服务精神这个社会资本,而强调公共服务精神是时代的呼唤和我国当前经济社会发展的需要。本文认为,可以从外部和内部几方面培育公共服务精神,其中包括学习、内省、组织内的文化建设、社会的文化建设等。

Social development can not be realized without the spirit of public service which is a social capital. And emphasizing the spirit of public service is the call of the time and the demand of our social economic development. The author holds that the spirit o~ public service can be cultivated both internally and externally. The means of cultivation are learning,introspection, establishing cultural climate within an organization and in the society at large.
