摘要
北京儿童医院心外科自１９９１年４月～１９９５年１０月连续对２７例法乐四联症病儿，在根治手术中改变了以往用同一种材料跨环补片加宽右心室流出道和主肺动脉的方法，而根据主肺动脉和右心室不同的组织结构分别采用自体心包加宽主肺动脉，用０．６ｍｍ厚的Ｇｏｒｅ－ｔｅｘ补片加宽右心室流出道。将两补片于肺动脉瓣环处连接，使右心流出道重建更为合理，取得了较好的临床效果。
cases of TOF were operated in Beijing Children’s Hospital from Apr. 1991 to Oct.1995.Instead of using one material in transannular patching, two patches of different material were used.The patch for pulmonary artery was a piece of autogenous pericardium, and a piece of patch for right ventricular outflow tract was Gore-tex. The two patches were sutured together at the position of original pulmonary valve ring,The method seems to offer a more physiological effect and a more favorable result clinically.
