摘要
针对印染废水有机物难降解和传统内电解法有机物去除率不高的特点,提出利用微波强化内电解处理印染废水的新方法。探讨了微波功率、微波作用时间、反应时间、pH值、铁炭比例、铁屑粒径、铁炭混合物反复利用次数等因素对有机物去除率的影响。结果表明:微波不仅可以分解活性炭吸附的染料,还可以再生铁炭混合物。铁屑不仅与活性炭存在内电解作用,还可以促进微波再生活性炭。铁炭混合物经微波作用可反复利用6次。当微波功率为180W、微波作用时间为2min、反应时间40min、pH值为3~5、铁炭质量比为1∶1、铁屑粒径为0.9~2.0mm时,处理CODCr的质量浓度为469.6mg/L,色度为500倍,用分散艳蓝E-4R配制的模拟印染废水,CODCr去除率可达80%以上,脱色率可达90%以上。
In view of the facts that the degradation of organic matters in printing and dyeing wastewater is difficult, and the removal rate of organic matters by conventional internal electrolysis process is low, a new process that using microwave to intensify internal electrolysis for treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater was proposed, and the effects of the microwave power, the microwave action time, the reaction time, the pH value, the iron/carbon ratio, particle diameter of scrap iron, the reuse frequency of iron-carbon mixture and some other fators on the removal rate of organic matters were discussed. The results showed that: microwave not only can decompose dyestuff adsorbed by activated carbon, but also can regenerate the iron-carbon mixture. Internal electrolysis existed when scrap iron was mixed with activated carbon, and the regeneration of activated carbon by microwave was easier with the help of scrap iron. The iron-carbon mixture can be used 6 times after be irradiated by microwave. When the microwave power was 180 W, the microwave action time was 2 min, the reaction time was 40 rain, the pH value was 3 - 5, the mass ratio of iron and carbon was 1 : 1, the particle diameter of scrape iron was 0.9 - 2.0 mm, the simulated printing and dyeing wastewater collocated by disperse blue E-4R which the mass concentration of CODCr is 469.6 mg/L, the colority was 500 times was treated, after the treatment, the removal rate of CODCr was above 80%, and the decolorization rate was above 90%.
