摘要
综述大黄素的药理学研究近况,包括抑制细胞增殖、抗炎、抗纤维化、对平滑肌收缩的作用及机制和大黄素的代谢及毒性研究。介绍国内外最近发现的大黄素新的药理活性及毒性作用。
proliferation, The recent studies on pharmacology of emodin were reviewed, including the inhibition of cell anti-inflammation, antifibrosis, the effects on smooth muscle contraction and its mechanism as well as its metabolism and toxicity. The new pharmacological activities and toxicological effects of emodin were also introduced.
