摘要 采用γAl2O3载体,通过浸渍法合成了Mo(W)Ni/γAl2O3系列催化剂。以有机含氧化合物丁酸和丁醇为合成油品的模型化合物,在连续流动固定床反应器中考察了催化剂的加氢脱氧性能。结果表明,Mo(W)Ni/Al2O3系列催化剂对丁酸和丁醇具有高的加氢脱氧性能;添加Mo(W)可有效地抑制NiO与载体γAl2O3的强相互作用,显著降低催化剂的还原温度,增加催化剂的加氢脱氧活性;添加Mo比添加W的催化剂具有更高的加氢脱氧活性,MoNi6催化剂在280℃条件下,丁酸转化率100%,未完全加氢丁醇的质量分数仅为0.09%。 A series of Mo(W)-Ni/Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by the dipping method with γ-Al2O3 as support. The performance of the catalysts for hydrodeoxygenation of model organic compounds, butyric acid and butanol, was investigated in a continuous fixed bed reactor. The results showed that the Mo (W)-Ni/Al2O3 catalysts had high activity for hydrogenation of oxygenated compounds. Molybdenum or tungsten addition could weaken the interaction of NiO and Al2O3, significantly decrease the reduction temperature of catalysts, and increase the activity of catalysts for hydrodeoxygenation. The catalysts with Mo addition had higher activity than those with Ni addition. MoNi6 had butyric acid conversion of ca. 100% and residual butanol of 0. 09 wt% at 280 ℃.
