按“四舍五入法”规则修约数值时,其舍入误差不是等概率分布的,它仅仅是GB/T 8170-1987《数值修约规则》的一个“有缺陷的”特例。根据GB/T 8170-1987《数值修约规则》相关内容,建立了数值修约的通用数学模型,用VB6.0编写了其实现过程。经测试,证明该过程正确可靠,它对测控系统中的数值修约有一定的参考价值。
