社区精神分裂症病人生活质量对照研究

A control study on life quality of schizophrenics in community

通过对１００例社区精神分裂症患者与１００名正常健康人对照研究表明，精神分裂症患者的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活条件均显著差于正常人；对病人总体生活质量影响最大的是健康状态，而不是物质生活条件。同时，对病人组５个月后随访研究表明，停服药物可以改善生活质量的一些方面；而持续服药可以缓解精神症状，但对生活质量改善不明显；无规律服药则对生活质量的改善和精神症状的缓解均不显著。

One hundred schizophrenics and 100 normal controls were evaluated using aQuality of Life Inventory(QOLI).The results showed that the physical functions, psychologicalfunctions,social functions and living conditions of patients were significantly poorer than that ofcontrols.What influenced most on their gross life quality were their health status but not livnigcondithons. Furihermore,during the five-month follow-up period, quality of life improved toa greater extent in the drug withdrawal patients than in the persistent drug therapeutic patients;Conversely,the remission of mental symptoms was to a greater extent in the persistent drug ther-apy patients than in the drug withdrawal patients. Neither improvement of quality of life nor re-mission of mental symptoms could be found in the irregular regimen patients.
