摘要
针对尼龙(PA)11存在的价格昂贵及性能上的某些不足,利用PA1010、PA6、聚乙烯(PE)、(乙烯/乙烯醇)共聚物(E/VAL)、蒙脱土等对PA11进行改性,制备了一系列性能优异、价格相对较低的改性PA11材料。介绍PA11及其改性材料在汽车、军事、电子电气等领域的应用情况,指出高性能、低价位的改性PA11材料在我国有着良好的发展前景。
A series of nylon 11 （ PA11 ） composites of high performance and low price were prepared by blending PAl 1 with PA1010, PA6, polyethylene, ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer and montmorillonite separately to overcome the shortages of PAll. The applications of PAl 1 and modified PAl 1 in the fields of automobile, military, equipment, electric and electron were presented. It was pointed out that modified PAll with high performance and low price had good prospect in China.
