摘要
针对多型腔点浇口模具,采用弹簧顺序脱模机构,利用定模底板分流道上的侧凹拉断点浇口凝料,利用球形拉料杆拉出浇道凝料,以及利用浇口板带动浇道凝料脱出球形拉料杆,实现了浇注系统凝料的自动脱出。模具动作可靠,能满足全自动化生产的需要。
The casting system freezing material of multiple cavities needle-gate mould is pulled out automatically by using the cooperation of side-concave located at the solid bottom plate subchannel, runner-plate and material-drawed rods with sphere shape. The mould acts reliably and can meet the requirement of automatic production.
