This paper introduces a method of preparation of spherical WC-Co spray powder. The key technique of this method is applying pressure spray drying for origin powder granulation, then proceed sintering, jet milling and cold current classification to final product, meanwhile, the application of this spherical WC-Co spray powder is introduced simply.
