简要介绍了悬浮法PVC树脂生产中使用的LF70型PVC聚合釜的技术性能、结构特点。通过对设备在研制及应用过程中存在问题的反馈,完善了LF70型PVC聚合釜的使用方法与维护要点,并列举了LF70型PVC聚合釜使用过程中常见问题的处理方法。
The technological properties and structure characteristics of LF70 PVC polymerizer for the suspension production of PVC resin were introduced briefly. Based on the feedback from the problems existing during the development and application of polymerizer, the operation methods and key points of maintenance were perfected, and the methods of solving the common problems occurring during the operation of LF70 PVC polymerizer were listed.
