摘要 目的:研究面神经挤压损伤后运动终板(MEP)、面神经核(FN)乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)含量变化。方法:利用组织化学染色和图象分析技术,对MEP和FN的AchE进行量化分析。结果:正常口轮匝肌AchE染色的MEP在光镜下呈葡萄状或斑块状的椭圆形结构,锯齿状分布.面神经损伤42d,MEP的数量及AchE含量与正常对照组无明显差别.正常面神经核AchE阳性神经元较大,部分胞体有突起。面神经核AchE含量于面神经损伤后3d升高,7d达视峰,42d恢复正常.结论:面神经损伤后面神经核AchE活性增高,这一变化可能有利于面神经损伤后的再生。 Objective: The acetylcholinesterase (AchE) contents were studied in the motor end plate (MEP) and facial nucleus (FN) after compression of facial nerve in guinea pigs. Methods: The AchE contents in MEP and FN were analysed by using histochemical staining and image analysis technique. Results: The MEP of normal musculus orbicalaris oris presented botryoid or psoriasis oval structure in shape and serraed distribution under light microscope. 42 d after injury, there were no significant changes of MEP counts and AchE contents, compared with normal group. The AchE positive neurons in normal FN were a little bit big, with processes on some cell bodies. It was noted that AchE contents increased on 3 d after injury, and continued to rise till the maximal level on 7 d, then gradually decreased and reached normal level after 42 d. Conclusion: AchE activity increased in facial nucleus after facial nerve injury, which might contribute to facial nerve regeneration.
