摘要
在日益开放的社会环境下,人力资源管理对于一个企业或单位,乃至一个国家增强竞争力,不断保持良好发展势头是至关重要的。文章介绍了澳大利亚人力资源管理现状、特点及一些重要政策出台的背景。虽然澳大利亚的自然状况、体制和经济社会发展水平与我国有很大的差别,但是澳大利亚结合自身特点,采用以人为本的人力资源管理的理念和一些具体做法,值得我们借鉴。
The human resources management is crucial important for an enterprise or an institution and even a country to enhance the competitiveness,constantly maintain a good development momentum with the social environment of increasingly opening to the outside world.The paper introduces the human resources management of Australia in terms of current situation,characteristics and the background for unveiling some key policies.Although there has been a great difference in natural conditions,systems and social and economic development level between China and Australia,the ideas of human resources management and some practice performance,such as people-oriented policy adopted by Australian Government with its own characteristics,are worth using for reference.
