摘要
目的:为探讨全胃肠外营养(TPN)大鼠各脏器组织谷氨酰胺(Gln)的代谢变化.方法:采用全胃肠外营养大鼠模型和高效液相色谱技术测定大鼠血浆及各组织中Gln浓度.结果:TPN7d后大鼠血浆、肌肉、肝脏、肺脏Gln含量已明显减少(P<0.05或P<0.01);TPN14d后血浆及各组织Gln均明显下降(P<0.01).TPN溶液中附加2%Gln各组织Gln含量均能保持在正常水平.结论:长期TPN后大鼠各脏器Gln含量均明显下降。
Objective: The aim of this study was to examine the effect of total parenteral nutrition (TPN) on the glutamine metabolism of the tissues in rats. Methods: The concentration of glutamine was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results: The results showed that TPN induced marked reduction of glutamine concentration in tissues and blood ( P <0.05 or P <0.01). Prolonged TPN leads to further reduction ( P <0.01). The TPN solution enrinched with glutamine can maintain the glutamine concentration in tissues and improve the glutamine concentration in blood. Conclusions: Prolonged TPN induced obvious reduction of glutamine concentration in tissues and blood. TPN solution enrinched with glutamine can maintain the glutamine metabolism.
