摘要
介绍一种新的测量红细胞沉降速度的系统装置和方法,通过连续记录沉降样品室中血样透射光的强度值,获得沉降速度曲线及其特征参数.利用不同分子质量的葡聚糖(Dextran)Dx-50,Dx-100,Dx-200来改变红细胞的聚集性,特征参数vmax和tmax随之发生相应的变化,且各组之间差异显著(P<0.05)。
A new method and its apparatus for measurement of erythrocyte sedimentation have been introduced. Sedimentation velocity time curve and its characteristic parameters can be got by recording continuous transmitted laser intensity of blood sample in the chamber. When dextrans of different molecular weight including Dx 50, Dx 100 and Dx 200 were used to change erythrocyte aggregation, the two parameters v max and t max changed accordingly and remarkably ( P <0.05). It was found that the two parameters indicated rheological property of erythrocyte in sedimentation, especially of aggregation.
