摘要
为了研究钛作为口腔修复材料的可行性,采用拉伸试验、表面硬度试验及电子探针对Gr2型纯钛铸造后的性能进行分析.结果表明:铸造后的钝钛抗拉强度和屈服强度增加,延伸率下降,Knoop氏显微硬度从铸钛表面到内部逐渐下降,硬化层厚度约75μm,电子探针显示钛表面有Si,Al,Zr元素扩散,Si层厚约30μm.
To investigate whether titanium can be used as dental material, the mechanical properties of casting Gr2 pure titanium were studied in the paper. The results were as follows: Tensile strength and yield strength of the material increased while its elongation values decreased; Knoop hardness value declined gradually from the surface to the interior; Hardness layer was about 75 μm thick. The chemical element analysis with electric micro probe indicated the spreading of Si, Zr, Al in the surface of casting titanium and Si rich layer was 30 μm thick. All these suggested that cast pure titaniums can satisfy the clinical needs.
