荧光分光光度法测定亚甲蓝注射液的研究 被引量:7

摘要 以1 mmol/L HCl为溶剂,660nm为激发波长,687nm为发射波长,用荧光分光光度法直接测定亚甲蓝注射液的相对荧光强度.亚甲蓝浓度在0.1~1.0μg/mL浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.9%,相对标准偏差为1.6%(n=5).该测定方法简便、快速、重现性好,对亚甲蓝注射液的分析测定可获得满意结果. A new fluorospectrophotometric method for direct determination of methylthioninium chloride injection was established. The fluorescence excitation and emission wave lengths were 660 nm and 687 nm, respectively. And the fluorescence of methylthioninium chloride was detected in 1 mmol/L HCl solution. The standard curve of methylthioninium chloride was linear in the concentration of 0.1~1.0 μg/mL (r = 0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.9% and RSD was 1.6% (n = 5). This method was simple, rapid and well reproducible for the determination of methylthioninium chloride injection.
