高粘度树脂旋转送进混合器结构的设计

摘要 根据高粘度酚醛树脂搅拌时流场压力分布的特殊性,同时考虑到三组份混合头对各组份进料阀在空间结构上的要求,对混合头的混合机构和进料阀的结构进行了研究和设计,并试制了三组份酚醛树脂发泡机样机.利用该样机进行的测试结果表明,本样机生产的酚醛泡沫塑料与使用现行的非连续搅拌设备生产的酚醛泡沫塑料,相比较各项理化性能指标有明显的提高. Based on the particularity of the flow field pressure distribution of the high viscosity resin being mixed, and taking into account the special requirements on the structure of the feeding valves of each component by three-component mixers, the mixing mechanism and the structure of the feeding valves were researched and designed. According to the result of the research and design, a foaming casting prototype for the production of three-component phenolic foam with high viscosity resin was trial-manufactured. By using the prototype, the proof test was conducted for production of phenolic foam. It was shown by the test results that the physicochemical performance figures of the phenolic foam produced by the prototype are markedly improved compared to that by the existing non-continuous mixing devices. It was proved that the mixer developed works very efficiently for foam casting, which can be used in the continuous production of phenolic foam.
