摘要
采用边界元法计算了非对称横电磁波(ATEM)传输室上半腔和下半腔的场均匀性.计算结果表明,在ATEM传输室下半腔的“1/3区”内,场均匀性优于±2 dB;在上半腔的可用测试区内,场均匀性优于±1dB,可用于高精度的测量.计算结果与测量结果基本吻合.
The field uniformity of the upper cavity and the lower cavity in a asymmetric TEM cell were analyzed using boundary element method (BEM). The calculated results showed that in the "one-third-area" of the lower cavity the field uniformity was better than ±2 dB, and in the available test area of the upper cavity the field uniformity was better than ±1 dB. The measured results agreed very well with the calculated ones.
