摘要
目的:探讨CD44v6、VEGF、MMP-2、MMP-9在库肯勃瘤及卵巢原发上皮癌中的表达及相关性。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测CD44v6、VEGF、MMP-2、MMP-9在20例正常卵巢组织、38例库肯勃瘤、45例卵巢原发上皮癌中的表达情况。结果:CD44v6、VEGF在卵巢原发上皮癌和库肯勃瘤组织中的表达显著高于正常卵巢组织(P<0.05);MMP-2﹑MMP-9在正常卵巢组织中表达缺如;CD44v6、VEGF、MMP-2、MMP-9在库肯勃中阳性表达率明显高于卵巢原发上皮癌(P<0.05)。CD44v6、VEGF、MMP-2、MMP-9在卵巢原发上皮性癌、库肯勃瘤中,任意两指标阳性表达均有正相关性(P<0.05)。结论:CD44v6、VEGF、MMP-2、MMP-9均参与卵巢癌、胃癌、库肯勃瘤的发生、发展及演进过程,并可为卵巢上皮癌、胃癌及库肯勃瘤的鉴别诊断提供一定依据。
Objective: To explore expression and relativity of CD44v6, VEGF, MMP-2 and MMP-9 in Krukenberg and the primary epithelial ovarian carcinoma. Methods: The expressions of CD44v6, VEGF, MMP-2 and MMP-9 were detected by immunohistochemistry S-P method in the 20 cases of normal ovarian tissues, 38 cases with Krukenberg tumor and 45 cases with primary epithelial ovarian carcinoma. Results: The expressions of CD44v6 and VEGF were significantly higher in primary epithelial ovarian carcinoma tissues and Krukenberg tumor tissues than in normal ovarian tissues (P〈0.05). The positive expression rates of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were zero in the normal ovarian tissues. The positive expression rates of CD44v6, VEGF, MMP-2 and MMP-9 were remarkably higher in the Krukenberg tumor than in primary epithelial ovarian carcinoma (P〈0.05). Relativity has been observed for CD44v6, VEGF, MMP-2 and MMP-9 each other in primary epithelial ovarian carcinomas and in Krukenberg tumors (/〈0.05). Conclusion: CD44v6, VEGF, MMP-2 and MMP-9 were concerned with evolvement process for ovarian carcinoma, gastric cancer and Krukenberg tumor. Detection of CD44v6, VEGF, MMP-2 and MMP-9 may offer basis of diagnosis ovarian carcinoma, gastric cancer and Krukenberg tumor.
