摘要
目的:了解我省各级疾病预防控制机构人力资源现状及影响人员素质的相关因素,为加强人才队伍建设提供科学依据。方法:通过调查表对全省三级疾病预防控制机构所有工作人员基本情况进行普查。结果:人力资源现状调查结果显示,全省现有省市县3级疾控机构共202个,疾控人员共11144人,本科以上、大专、中专学历分别占10.06%,32.30%,40.02%,高级、中级、初级职称分别占6.32%,33.08%,39.55%,从事流病、检验、后勤及其他分别占58.44%、13.09%,28.46%,有学历人员中,69.89%通过全日制教育获得学历。结论:我省疾控队伍结构不合理、疾控人员整体素质和能力普遍偏低、相应配套管理措施不健全。
Objectives To learn the situation of manpower resources of disease prevention and control institutions in Sichuan province and its influential factors to supply some references for construction of the talent. Methods. We did a census on all staff in the tertiary disease prevention and control institutions in Sichuan province. Results. At present, there were 202 disease prevention and control institutions in Sichuan province at tertiary levels that were province, city and county. There were 11144 workers. The proportions of the workers with college education level and above, junior college education level, and technical secondary scholl education level were 10.06%, 32.30% and 40.02% respectively. The proportions of the workers with senior professional title, middle professionsl title and primary professional title were 6.32%, 33.08% and 39.55% respectively. The proprotions of the workers undertaking epidemic, laboratory medicine and logistic and others were 58.44%, 13.09% and 28.46% respectively. Among of workers with diploma, 69.89% of them achieved their diploma through full-time education. Conclusions. The construction of staff of disease prevention and control is irrational. The qualty and ability of the whole staff is low. The relevant management measures are imperfect.
