摘要
在现代水力发电厂,微机自动化监视和控制过程的实现是电力生产走向“无人值班”和“少人职守”发展的趋势。黑泉水库水力发电厂全厂综合自动化监控系统根据电厂实际情况进行了控制程序的编制,制订了电力生产工作流程,完成电力生产的监视、操作和控制过程。文章概述了黑泉水库水力发电厂综合自动化监视系统,分析了生产中出现的自动停机时闭环操作失败的原因,以及此原因危及安全生产的一些因素,并对所产生的问题加以论述。
In the modem hydropower plant, the realization of automatic monitoring and oontrol process using microcomputer is the developing tendency that makes electric power production toward to unattended or fewer on duty system. According to the factual situation of Heiquan reservoir hydropower plant, it has edited the oontrol program of the integrated automation supervisory system of the whole plant, and formulated the workflow of electric power production, as well as oompleted the supervision, operation and oontrol process of electric power production. The paper summarizes this integrated supervisory system, and analyses the source of closed loop operation failure of the turhogenerator units automatic stop, as well as some factors of safe production that may be endangered by this source, also it makes some expounds on the problems which occurred in this process.
