C-met蛋白和Ki-67在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及意义

摘要 目的:研究肝细胞生长因子(HGF)受体C-m et蛋白与细胞增殖核抗原K i-67在子宫内膜癌中的表达及二者的关系,探讨其在子宫内膜癌发病中的意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学Envision法对41例子宫内膜癌、17例子宫内膜非典型增生及35例子宫增生期内膜组织中C-m et蛋白和K i-67表达进行检测,并对子宫内膜癌组的分化程度、手术-病理分期、肌层浸润、淋巴结转移的临床情况进行分析。结果:C-m et及K i-67在子宫内膜非典型增生的表达高于正常增生期内膜,在子宫内膜癌中的表达又高于子宫内膜非典型增生,有显著性差异(P<0.05);在子宫内膜癌中C-m et与K i-67密切正相关(r<1,P<0.01),且均与子宫内膜癌分化程度、手术-病理分期相关(P<0.05)。结论:C-m et蛋白和K i-67在子宫内膜癌中的表达明显增高,二者呈正相关性,可能共同促进肿瘤细胞的增殖、分化,对子宫内膜癌的发生、发展具有重要作用,并可能成为判断子宫内膜癌预后的重要指标。 Objective: To study the distribution and expression of hepatocyte growth factor receptor (C-met) protein and cell generation nuclear antigen (Ki-67) in endometrial carcinoma and their relationship. Methods: Expression of C-met and Ki-67 were detected in tissue of 41 cases of endometrial carcinoma, 17 cases of atypical hyperplasia, and 35 cases of normal endometrium by immunohistochemical envision assay. The relativity of endometrial carcinoma with clinico-pathologic feature and prognosis was analyzed. Results: The expression of C-met and Ki-67 in atypical hyperplsia was higher than that in normal endometrium, and it was even higher in endometrial carcinoma than that in atypical hyperplsia(P 〈 0.05). In endometrial carcinoma, the expression of C-met was significantly correlated with Ki-67 (r 〈 1, P 〈 0.01). The expression of C-met and Ki-67 were related to endometrial carcinoma differentiation degree, and operation-pathological stages(P 〈 0.05). Conclusions: C-met and Ki-67 express strongly in endometrial carcinoma. There is a positive correlation between the expression of C-met and Ki-67. They might promote cell proliferation, motility and contribute to the progression of endometrial carcinoma. The expression and collocation of C-met and Ki-67 can be used as two useful prognostic factors of endometrial carcinoma.
