摘要 目的:建立气相色谱法测定小建中胶囊中桂皮醛的含量.方法:采用以PEG-20M为固定相的毛细管色谱柱,柱温为160 ℃ ,载气为氮气,分流进样,分流比10:1;氢火焰离子化检测器,温度为220 ℃.结果:桂皮醛线性范围为0.032~0.226 μg,相关系数为0.999 6,平均回收率为98.6%,RSD为1.21%.结论:用气相色谱法测定小建中胶囊中桂皮醛含量准确、可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制. Objective: To establish a method for determination of cinnamic aldehyde in Xiaojianzhong capsules. Methods: The determination was carried out on a PEG - 20M capillary column with temperature of 160℃. Nitrogen was used as carrier gas. Split injection was adopted and the split ratio was 10 : 1. Hydrogen flame ionization detector was used and the working temperature was 220℃. Results: the linear range of cinnamic aldehyde was 0.032~0.226μg, r = 0.9996; The average recovery of assay was 98.6% with RSD 1.21%. Conclusions: The method is simple, sensitive and accurate. It could be used for quality control of Xiaojianzhong capsules.
