摘要
东平湖老湖设计防洪水位为46.0m,2001年、2003年汛期,老湖水位只有44.38m,43.2m,遭遇了较大的风浪,波浪已接近二级湖堤堤顶,出现了较大的险情,为分析出险原因,对二级湖堤的波浪因素进行了分析研究.通过有关理论分析和实际验证,1993年二级湖堤加高设计时,堤顶超高、石护坡波浪要素计算采用前苏联西晓夫公式,不符合老湖的实际情况,而现行规范推荐的莆田试验站公式更适合老湖波浪实际情况.采用莆田试验站公式计算,二级湖堤现状高度不足,欠高值为0.57~1.34m;部分堤段石护坡厚度不足,厚度差1~7cm.
Flood preventing level of old Dongping lake is 46.0m. Water level of old lake is only 44.38m and 43.2m seperately in flood season of 2001 and 2003 year. Wave have nearly reached the top of bank, and large danger condition happened. Through study on related theory analysis and factual experience, it is proved that by using H · B · mnmOB formula, calculation result of superelevation of levee crown and slope element for preventing wave can not fit the factual condition of old lake, while Putian formula is comparatively good. By using Putian experiment formula to calculate, present height of secondary bank is not enogh, it is lack of 0.57-1. 34m; slope depth in some areas is also not enough, and the difference is 1- 7cm.
