摘要
针对半固态组织分析中所需的固相率、固相颗粒尺寸和圆整度进行了计算机分析.由图像采集系统将待测金属的原始组织图像存入计算机中,采用Delphi语言编写了图像分析、计算软件(SSMAnalysis).在镁合金、锌合金、铝合金半固态组织分析中的实际应用表明,该软件具有识别效果好、适应性强、运行速度快、操作简易等特点.
The liquid-solid volume rate, grain size, and nodularization of solid particle within the microstructure of semi-solid metal was analyzed. The initial image of the metal specimen was input into computer's memory with an image gathering system. The software SSMAnalysis was designed by using Delphi language. It has successfully been applied to the analysis of microstructure of semi-solid Mg, Al and Zn alloy, respectively. The result shows that the software has the advantages of good identification effect, powerful adaptability,fast running speed,and simplified operation in practice.
