沙枣糖合成烷基糖苷工艺的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以沙枣糖和脂肪醇为原料,采用正交试验L16(45)进行烷基糖苷的合成,找出了合成烷基糖苷较佳的工艺条件:反应温度115~120 ℃,常压反应,反应时间5~7 h,m沙枣糖:m乙二醇:m正十二醇=1:2:1.2,选用0.8%的对甲苯磺酸和0.2%的十二烷基苯磺酸的混合酸为催化剂.沙枣糖转化率达87.5%,产物表面张力为29.1~33.7 mN/m.通过红外光谱对产物的结构进行了分析. Taking the oleaster sugar, ethandiol, ano 1-dodecanol as raw material, the alkyl polyglycosides was synthesized by means of orthogonal experiment L16 (4^5), and a better processing condition of synthesis of alkyl polyglycosides found:reaction temperature is 115-120 ℃,reaction time of 5-7 h,mass ratio of oleaster sugar to ethandiol and dodecanol of 1 : 2 : 1.2,and the catalyst is mixed acid from 0. 8% p-toluenesulfonic acid and 0.2% dodecyl benzenesulfonic acid. The conversion rate of oleaster amounts to 87. 5% and surface tension is 29. 1-33. 7 mN/m,The structure of resultant was analyzed with spectrography.
