摘要
研究了P507萃淋树脂色层法分离Gd、Tb、Dy富集物的条件,在较佳的条件下用100~150目的树脂进行了6 g富集物纯制试验,同时获得了99.95%的Gd、Tb和Dy,有效地回收了有价值元素Tb.其工艺具有流程简便、分离周期短、消耗试剂少、成本低、分离效果好等优点.
The conditions of separating Gd-,Tb-, and Dy-rich material have been studied by using the color-breakup method with P507 extracting-drip-washing resin. In a better condition, a experiment on purifying six grams of their rich mixtures was done by using 100-150 target resin to get Gd and Tb with purity of more than 99. 95 % and even higher purified Dy, the valuable element Tb having been retrieved effectively. This technique has many advantages such as simple and convenient technological process, short separating cycle, less reagent, consumption, lower preparing coot, and high separating effect.
