腹腔镜在胃间质肿瘤切除术的应用及护理

Application and Nursing of Laparoscope in Resection of Gastric Stromal Tumor

目的比较腹腔镜手术与开腹手术进行胃间质肿瘤切除术的护理,探讨腹腔镜在胃间质肿瘤切除术中的实用性及有效护理方法。方法回顾性总结分析68例胃间质肿瘤患者(其中腹腔镜手术32例,开腹手术36例)腹腔镜手术和开腹手术临床资料的相关指标。结果腹腔镜组患者术中出血量、术后排气时间、抗生素使用时间、术后住院日、术后疼痛方面等指标优于开腹手术组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下胃间质肿瘤切除术是一种安全、有效的微创手术方法,要充分做好围手术期护理。

Objective To explore the effect and suitable nursing methods of using laparoscope in resection of gastric stromal tumor by comparing its related nursing with the nursing of common open abdomen operation. Methods Clinical data of 68 patients with gastric stromal tumor（32 patients under- went common open abdomen operation;36 patients underwent laparoscope operation） were analyzed retrospectively. Results In laparoscope group, the indexes such as blood loss during operation, time of postoperative flatus and antibiotic application, days of stay in hospital and pain after operation were obviously better than those of open abdomen operation group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Laparoscope in resection of gastric stromal tumor is safe and effective. Perioperation nursing should be conducted carefully.
