通过分析我国护理教育的改革现状,找出我国护理教育发展过程中存在的主要问题,并根据这些问题提出本世纪我国护理教育改革的主要方向和对策。

By analyzing current status of nursing education reform in China, the author found out major problems in the process of Chinese nursing education development and put forward the direction and countermeasure of the reform on basis of these problems.
