压裂液快速混配工艺及装备的研究 被引量:8

摘要 研制了一套石油压裂液的快速混配工艺及装备,通过自行研制的高速射流装置、静态黏度释放装置以及连续配液工艺,使胶粉得到良好的分散,黏度释放速度快、能在2~3min内达到90%以上;对配液系统实施了计算机程控,各组分包括水量、胶粉量、添加剂量的加入精度达到2%以内.这种配液工艺及装备以其现场、快速、高效,一改油田施工部门原有配液方式,具有显著的经济效益. The novel quick mixing technological process & equipment of petroleum fracturing fluid was studied. By applying the self-manufactured high-speed injecting device, the static-state viscosity releasing device and the continuous mixing technology, the gum dispersed rapidly and released its viscosity to the level of more than 90% in 2 to 3minutes. Under the control of computer, the components of the fracturing fluid, such as water, plant gum, additive, were added precisely with the deviation no more than ±2 %. Featuring quickness, high efficiency and operation in site, the creative technology & equipment upgrades the old method of fracturing fluid preparatinon with its quick mixing technique and visible economic profits.
