摘要
外动颚匀摆颚式破碎机是新一代高效节能的新型破碎设备,它的问世受到了市场的广泛关注,提出了各种型号的需求。为了增强产品的市场竞争力,要求缩短设计周期。本文介绍了以三维软件Solid Edge(SE)为软件平台,通过开发软件VB进行二次开发的方法,运用数据库技术进行零件的三维尺寸链驱动,该方法大大地减少了在产品系列化开发过程中零件重复三维建模的工作量。
The jaw crusher presented in this paper is a new generation of energy-saving crush equipment with high efficiency. It attracted broad attention after appearance and also was demanded for different models. To enhance its market competitive power, the design period should be shortened. In this paper, the three dimensions (3D) chain driving serialization part design was conducted by database technique on the platform of 3D software Solid Edge(SE). The work of repetitive 3D modeling during serialization products development is greatly reduced through the second development for SE with VB.
