摘要
从北京市怀柔区西洋参种植基地中共采集西洋参根围土样20份,分离到一株对西洋参真菌病害有较强拮抗作用的菌株,经PDA平板拮抗试验表明,该菌对西洋参真菌病害的抑制力均在90%以上;田间试验结果表明,该菌对西洋参病害具有一定的防治效果,使四年生西洋参的平均发病率降低了54.2%。
One unit of better antagonistic function-against American Ginseng with fungus disease was separated from twenty central collections of soil around roots of American Ginseng, which were grown in American Ginseng base of Huairou District, Beijing. On PDA plate, the antagonistic result showed that its antagonistic effect against Ginseng's fungus disease is generally beyond 90 percent. The field test demonstrated that this kind of fungus have good antagonism against Ginseng's disease decreasing the average disease ratio of four- year- old Ginseng by 54.2 percent.
