中国共产党的先进性从整体上规定了党员的先进性,党员先进性从个体方面反映着党的先进性,是党的先进性的重要载体。党员是党的肌体的细胞,细胞健康,肌体才能充满活力;党员是党的行为主体,党的先进性最终要体现在党员身上。在新的历史条件下,共产党员保持先进性,就是要自觉学习实践邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想,把胡锦涛总书记提出的新时期保持共产党员先进性的“六个坚持”体现在每位共产党员的平时学习中,体现在日常生活中,体现在本职工作岗位上。干一行,爱一行,钻一行,精一行,在平凡的工作岗位上做出不平凡的贡献, 争做新时期合格的共产党员。

The Party regulates the exemplary effect of the party members, and they are playing the advanced role. Under the new historical conditions, it＇s necessary to practise Deng Xiao-ping＇s theories and the “Three Represents”, and to General Secretary Hu Jin-tao＇s “Six Perseverance”.
