中国农业劳动力断层浅论

On the Discontinuation of Agriculture Labor Force Supply in China

农村大量优秀人才特别是农业青壮年劳动力的流失、抛荒、弃耕在一定程度上影响到农业生产,致使农业劳动力可能出现断层现象。文章在分析农业劳动力断层这种现象的基础上,提出了提高农业生产效率、增加农村教育投入、加强农村剩余劳动力合理有序流动等建议,以期使我国农业走上高效、健康和可持续发展之路。

The drain of young labor has in some measure put influence on agricultural productivity, which leads to the discontinuation of labor force supply as well as the bareness of the land. This paper intends to discuss the phenomenon of the drain of young labor force. In addition, it proposes that the promotion of agricultural productivity and the increase of educational input will give an impulse to a rational and order flow of the surplus labor force in rural areas. It is in order to make our agriculture march on the path to the efficient, sound and sustainable development.
