摘要
文章讨论了循环经济的内涵,剖析了循环经济观念特征、经济特征、技术特征、资源特征、环境特征、效率特征等主要特征,从核心思想、发展目标、本质内涵等方面分析了循环经济与可持续发展的关系,对于发展循环经济,实现可持续发展起到积极的作用。
The connotation, as well as the main characteristics of recycle economy is discussed in this article, such as characteristics of notion, economy, technology, resources, environment, and efficiency. Meanwhile, it analyzes the relationship between recycle economy and sustainable development, which plays a positive role in developing recycle economy and making the sustainable development into realization.
