The institution of higher learning is a place with a high degree of information in society.Students there form a group that is in close contact with the network.They are not only participants and propellants of networking,but also creators of a networking culture.To get rid of the negative influence of networks,to fully occupy the network front,and to innovate the ideological and political education of the students,are important problems for institutions of higher learning in the new period to solve.
