To put an end to such duplicate submission, the academic journals of the same field should take such precautious measures as exchanging journals, publishing next issue contents, providing information about manuscripts, sharing peer reviewer databases, and issuing joint notices dealing with duplicate submission, and reject, expose and refuse duplicate manuscripts in joint efforts.
