Exploring a new way to improve periodical quality—Forming special editorial board

科技期刊编委会的组成及功能越来越多样化。《辽宁师范大学学报(自然科学版)》在编委会组成上另辟蹊径,充分挖掘校内编委的潜力,组建了一支特约编委队伍,成效显著:稿件的质量和数量提高了,影响因子提高了,审稿队伍和作者队伍稳定并扩大了。

The formation and function of editorial board of sci-tech periodical are more and more diversified. Journal of Liaoning Normal University （ Natural Science ） excavates editorial member＇s potential within the university thoroughly, and finds a new way to form editorial board. By this way, we have obtained good results： the quality and amount of contributions have increased; the impact factor has improved; the team of peer reviewers and authors have stabilized and enlarged.
