摘要
介绍科技期刊评估专家的类型、选择标准、来源渠道及科技期刊评估数据库,讨论研制该库管理信息系统的设计思路及相应模块的功能,分析该库内各种专家的基本情况,为我国科技期刊新刊及已有科技期刊的全面评估提供了人才保障。
The article introduces a database management system about evaluating experts for scientific periodical and simply analyses the data stored in it. The design of the system, functions of some modules are discussed. Some significant information such as the type, selecting standard, and source about experts is also mentioned in detail. The system provides a steady guarantee for totally evaluating the applying and applied scientific periodical in China.
