摘要
本文从图书馆岗位管理的角度,对实施岗位管理的必要性,实行岗位管理的原则、岗位职责及岗位薪酬等的具体做法进行了论述,提出了一些可操作性的建议。
From the angle of post management, this paper expounds the necessity to implement the post management in library, and post principal, post duty and post salary have been described, moreover. It puts forward some suggestions that can be operated.
