摘要
学校管理与一般管理、企业管理有着密切的联系,学校管理的诸多理论都来源于一般管理和企业管理。在当今企业知识管理取得巨大成功的同时,学校知识管理理论必将越来越受到人们的重视,得到越来越广泛的应用。当前我国学校知识管理的重点应当从理论介绍、理论推断层面转入管理实践层面,在学校知识管理理论和实践的结合上取得进展和突破。
The school management has close relationship with normal management and enterprise management. Many theories of school managenment. Since the theory of knowledge management in enterprise is greatly successful, the theory of knowledge management in school must be more and more emphasized and used extensively. Now the knowledge management in school of China should change from the theory introduction, theory deduction into management practice. Therefore we can achieve the great success and development on the integration between theory and practice of knowledge management.
