摘要
.目的对破乳絮凝法处理油田稠油污水的技术进行了实验研究,优选出高效絮凝剂,并确定出工艺条件.方法通过投加破乳剂和絮凝剂对稠油污水进行混凝沉淀实验,以稠油污水的油及悬浮物含量为考察指标,优选处理效果较好的破乳剂和絮凝剂,根据单因素实验和正交实验确定出工艺参数.结果实验表明,破乳剂T-1和絮凝剂P-3对油田稠油污水具有良好的处理效果,其最佳实验条件为:先投加110 mL/L破乳剂T-1,以350 r/min的速度搅拌2 min,再投加40 mL/L絮凝剂P-3,以200 r/min的速度搅拌3 min,静止沉淀50 min.结论投加破乳剂T-1、絮凝剂P-3处理稠油污水,悬浮物及油的去除率分别达到95%和85%以上,满足后序处理工艺的水质要求.
The flocculent in produced water from heavy oil recovery treatment was studied in order to choose the high efficiency medicament and determine the technology condition. T-1 and P-3 were taken as a flocculent to treat wastewater containing heavy oil and the content of SS and oil was determined. According to the experiment of single factor and orthogonal experiment, the technology parameter was defined. The best operational condition was achieved through experiments. First, add 110 mL/L T-l, stir for 2 minutes with 350 r/min, then add P-3 40 mL/L, stir with 200 r/min for 3 minutes, and sediment for 50 minutes. In the best operational condition, the removal efficiency of oil was more than 85 % and SS more than 95% when using T-1 and P-3 to deal with produced water from heavy oil recovery, which satisfied the water quality of later treatment technological process.
