摘要 双歧杆菌因其重要的生理功能已广泛应用于食品与保健品生产,成为微生态及食品学界研究的热点。迄今为止,对双歧杆菌的研究尤其是分子生物学方面的进展异常缓慢,主要原因之一是其自身很难分离和培养,这就要求有一个能选择性促进双歧杆菌生长的培养基。现就近几年的研究进展作一综述。
