数字滤波与FFT在电磁无损检测系统中的应用

摘要 为解决电磁无损检测系统因硬件滤波精确度不高,成本较高而造成检测灵敏度下降,设备成本增加的问题,采用TMS320LF2407A型数字信号处理器(DSP),以CCS为开发平台,实现了数字滤波与快速傅里叶变换(FFT)的软件设计,并完成了软、硬件的仿真与调试.结果表明,应用此电磁无损检测系统可得到较好的检测结果. To solve the problem that the delicacy of testing declines and the cost of equipment increases, due to the precision of the hardware digital filtering is low and the instrument' s cost is high in the Electromagnetic - NDT system. We adopted the digital signal processor(DSP)——TMS320LF2407A based on CCS platform to actu- alize the software design of the digital filtering and Fast Fourier trains formation(FFT). The hardware and software were simulated and debugged. The results showed that using the Electromagnetic - NDT system can get the better results.
