摘要
介绍了在均相体系中,过渡金属对有机化合物中碳-碳键的活化反应研究进展。根据反应驱动力的不同对反应进行了分类。主要分为4类:利用底物张力的消除,利用产物的芳香化,利用羰基对其α碳-碳键的弱化作用以及利用配位帮助。过渡金属主要采用氧化加成和路易斯酸催化机理活化碳-碳键。
A brief review of activation of C - C bonds by soluble transition metal was presented in this article. The activating reactions were classified into four parts according to their reaction driving force, namely, relaxation of ring strain, attainment of aromacity, activating effect of carbonyl group, and chelation assistance. The mechanisms of most of these reactions are oxidative addition and Lewis acid catalyzed model.
