摘要
通过对云南省昭通市镇雄赵院煤矿C5煤层原煤筛分浮沉试验的研究,分析了该煤层中全硫及形态硫在不同粒度级和密度级中的分布规律。结果表明,全硫和黄铁矿硫在各粒度级中分布较均匀,其含量在各密度级中的分布基本上是随着密度级的增大而增大;黄铁矿硫占全硫的比例随着粒度级的增大而增大。该煤层原煤的破碎解离性差,整个破碎过程全硫及黄铁矿硫的含量无明显变化,但当破碎到0.5mm以下时,可分离出全硫含量<1.9%的原煤,其产率达93%以上。
An analysis is conducted on the law governing the distribution of overall sulphur and form sulphur in each size fraction and each density fraction through study carried by float and sink analysis of sieved r.o.m. coal mined from C5 coal seam of Zhenxiong Zhaoyuan Colliery at Zhaotong City Yunnan Province. The results achieved show that the overall sulphur and pyrite sulphur is uniformly distributed in each size fraction and the sulphur distributed in each density fraction is basically increases in content with increasing in size fraction and in tern, the ratio of pyrite sulphur to overall sulphur increases with increase in size fraction. The ability of pyrite liberation from the broken r.o.m.coal in the coal seam is fairly poor and there is not identified any evident change in overall sulphur content and pyrite content over all coal breaking process. However, in case that the coal is reduced to smaller than 0.5mm in size, less than1.9% sulphur is liberated from r.o.m. coal with yield up to 93% or more.
