摘要
新型自动称重系统利用工业PC机作为主控计算机负责控制算法的实现,并采用串行总线对系统数据进行采集及通过PLC对整个系统进行控制,进而完成该称重系统的监控,并通过局域网将称重数据传送至远程站,方便数据管理。
Industrial PC is used as a main control computer in the novel weighing system to control the effect of calculation. The system data are collected through serial bus and all system is controlled by PLC and consequently this effects monitoring the weighing system. The data obtained from the weighing system are transmitted to remote station though local network. This allows the data to be managed easily.
